Principal

Joe Pereira

Joe is the Principal and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the firm. Joe has a broad background and solid foundation in engineering and construction. He is experienced in a variety of projects ranging from traditional Civil Engineering to Environmental Engineering. He specializes in the design of various types of projects including municipal, industrial, commercial, and residential and has been involved in all phases of design, construction, and inspection over the last (40) forty years.

Engineering Manager

Jim Rotondo

Jim serves as the Engineering Manager overseeing the Civil Engineering department. He has over 40 years’ experience in site planning and engineering for a wide variety of commercial, municipal, institutional, and residential land development projects. Jim is experienced in all aspects of project design and permitting including detailed site design drawings, stormwater management, utility design, specification writing, and local and state permitting.

Survey Manager

Todd Andrews

Todd is the Survey Manager overseeing all survey projects. His duties include proposal development, land records research, boundary determination, map review, and project delivery. He has 40 years of varied experience in Land Surveying ranging from small residential lot surveys to large commercial and municipal projects.
